We send all orders by Airmail or Courier. After we dispatch your order it
will normally take around 5 to 10 business days to reach you by airmail, and
between 3 to 6 business days by International Economy Courier. Courier
deliveries can be tracked. Because we do not directly control the delivery
chain we cannot guarantee that every item will always reach its destination
within the target delivery times above. Delivery to areas outside major
cities or where your item is dutiable or held by Customs, may take longer.

We ship your Barbour or Backhouse order within 2 business days following receipt of payment. If there are going to be delays with shipping we will let you know.

It is possible that Customs Duties may occasionally apply in some countries. Customs Duties are the
responsibility of the purchaser. As it is not possible to predict whether they will apply to your order,
we suggest you check with your country's Customs Office. If any duty is levied, we believe you will
still be very satisfied with the economics of your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is lost, simply let us know, and we will either
replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. Every order dispatched contains details
of how to return an item if it is damaged. Refer to our guarantee.
